ScrollGuard（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーが自分自身のスマートフォン利用（特にスクロール）を把握し、自ら制限するためのアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが扱う情報とその取り扱いを説明します。
(a) センサー情報（端末内処理）
本アプリは、スクロール距離の推定と歩行距離の計測のために、加速度センサー（CMSensorRecorder）および歩数・距離（CoreMotion / CMPedometer）を利用します。これらの生データは端末内でのみ処理され、外部サーバーへ送信されません。
(b) スクリーンタイム / アプリ利用情報（端末内処理）
ブロック機能のために、Apple の Family Controls / DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings を利用します。ユーザーが選んだ対象アプリの利用状況は、ユーザー自身の端末上で制限を執行する目的にのみ用いられ、本アプリが端末外へ取得・送信することはありません。
(c) 利用統計（端末内保存）
推定スクロール距離・歩行距離・各種統計は、端末内（SwiftData）にのみ保存されます。設定画面の「すべてのデータを削除」でいつでも消去できます。
(d) 購入情報
サブスクリプションの購入・状態管理のために、Apple（App Store / StoreKit）および RevenueCat（課金管理）を利用します。匿名のアプリ内ユーザーIDと購入イベント（購入・更新・解約等）が処理されます。氏名・クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は Apple が扱い、本アプリは受け取りません。
(e) 利用解析（匿名）
アプリ改善のために PostHog（プロダクト解析）を利用し、画面遷移や機能利用などの匿名の利用イベントを記録します。広告識別子（IDFA）やアプリ横断のトラッキングは行いません。個人を特定する情報は収集しません。
本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要とせず、氏名・メールアドレス等を取得しません（お問い合わせでメールをいただいた場合を除く）。
本アプリは、収集した情報を販売しません。上記の処理事業者（Apple / RevenueCat / PostHog）に対し、サービス提供に必要な範囲でのみデータが渡ります。
端末内データは端末上に保存され、アプリ削除または「すべてのデータを削除」で消去されます。RevenueCat 上の購入記録は同社のポリシーに従って保持されます。
本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されます。重要な変更がある場合は本ページで告知します。
ScrollGuard ("the App") helps users understand and self-limit their own smartphone use (especially scrolling). This policy explains what information the App handles and how.
(a) Sensor data (processed on device). The App uses the accelerometer (CMSensorRecorder) and pedometer/distance (CoreMotion / CMPedometer) to estimate scroll distance and measure walking. This raw data is processed only on your device and is not transmitted to any server.
(b) Screen Time / app usage (processed on device). For blocking features, the App uses Apple's Family Controls / DeviceActivity / ManagedSettings. Usage of the apps you select is used solely to enforce your own self-imposed limits on your device, and is not collected or transmitted off the device by the App.
(c) Usage statistics (stored on device). Estimated scroll/walk distances and statistics are stored only on your device (SwiftData) and can be erased anytime via "Delete all data" in Settings.
(d) Purchase data. To manage subscriptions, the App uses Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and RevenueCat. An anonymous in-app user ID and purchase events (purchase, renewal, cancellation, etc.) are processed. Payment details (name, card number) are handled by Apple and not received by the App.
(e) Analytics (anonymous). To improve the App, we use PostHog to record anonymous usage events (screen views, feature usage). We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or cross-app tracking, and we do not collect personally identifying information.
The App requires no account or sign-in and does not collect your name or email (except if you contact us by email).
We do not sell your information. Data is shared only with the processors above as needed to provide the service.
On-device data stays on your device and is removed when you delete the App or use "Delete all data." Purchase records on RevenueCat are retained per their policy.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page.
