本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、ScrollGuard（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

提供者は、本規約に従い本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用する、譲渡不可・非独占的な権利をユーザーに許諾します。

本アプリは、ユーザーが自分自身のスマートフォン利用を把握・制限するためのものです。ペアレンタルコントロールや他者の端末管理を目的としません。

本アプリは「ScrollGuard Pro」として自動更新サブスクリプションを提供します。

プラン・価格： 月額プランおよび年額プラン。価格は App Store に表示される、お住まいの国・地域の価格が適用されます（例：日本月額¥400 / 年額¥4,000）。
支払い： 購入の確定時に、ユーザーの Apple ID アカウントへ課金されます。
自動更新： 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新され、更新料金が課金されます。
管理・解約： 購入後、App Store アカウントの設定からいつでも管理・解約できます。解約は次回更新日の前までに行ってください。
無料プラン： 無料の範囲では機能に制限があります（例：制限対象アプリ数の上限、クイックブロックの自動解除、ストイックモード不可等）。

本アプリのスクロール距離・歩行距離はセンサーに基づく推定値であり、正確性を保証しません。
ブロック機能は Apple のスクリーンタイム/DeviceActivity の制約により準リアルタイムで動作し、反映に遅延が生じる場合や、回避が可能な場合があります。完全なブロックや特定の効果を保証しません。
本アプリは医療・健康・安全に関する助言を提供するものではありません。
法令で認められる範囲で、本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、提供者は本アプリの利用により生じた損害について責任を負いません。

法令違反、リバースエンジニアリング、本アプリの不正利用を禁止します。

提供者は本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更は本ページで告知します。

本規約は日本法に準拠します。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ScrollGuard ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Subject to these Terms, the Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is for understanding and limiting your own smartphone use. It is not a parental-control or device-management tool for others.

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions as "ScrollGuard Pro."

Plans & price: Monthly and Yearly plans. Prices shown in the App Store apply to your country/region (e.g., Japan ¥400/month, ¥4,000/year).
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings, before the next renewal date.
Free tier: The free tier has feature limits (e.g., number of blocked apps, auto-release of Quick Block, no Strict Mode).

Scroll/walk distances are sensor-based estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Blocking operates near-real-time due to Apple Screen Time / DeviceActivity constraints; delays or circumvention are possible. No specific blocking outcome is guaranteed.
The App does not provide medical, health, or safety advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is," and the Provider is not liable for damages arising from its use.

You may not violate laws, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.

The Provider may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
